Following last year’s positive experience, Il Borro will also participate this year in the Slow Wine Fair, whose fifth edition will be organized by Slow Wine at the BolognaFiere complex from February 22nd to 24th.
This international fair, dedicated to “good, clean, and fair” wine, has become one of the events that in recent years has seen growing popularity and attendance, and Il Borro could not miss the opportunity to showcase its portfolio of organic labels.
At Slow Wine Fair, Il Borro presented Il Borro IGT Toscana 2021, Il Borro Chardonnay Valdarno di Sopra DOC 2024, Bolle di Borro VSQ Metodo Classico Brut Rosé 2018, Chiaro di Bolle VSQ Metodo Classico Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs 2023, Petruna in Anfora Valdarno di Sopra DOC 2020, and Polissena Valdarno di Sopra DOC 2020.
