Chiaro di Bolle is Il Borro’s answer to Metodo Classico enthusiasts. A Blanc de Noir with elegant verticality that intrigues with its pleasantness and easy drinkability, fitting well into the long-standing line of experimentation with Sangiovese.
The product
The 2022 vintage was characterized by a dry and warm climate, mitigated by abundant rainfall in August and September which, however, did not hinder the harvest operations. The weather conditions primarily affected yields, while the resulting wines proved to be expressive and endowed with intense aromas.

Ideal for aperitifs, fish dishes, light first courses, or fresh cheeses.
