The product
Golden-green in colour, with a rich aromatic intensity and intense flavour, this blend best encapsulates the essence of Il Borro. On olfactory analysis, it presents an intense floral bouquet, with a fresh herbaceous fragrance and notes of fresh almond. The palate confirms the aromatic notes perceived on the nose: subtle almond at first, followed by a medium bitterness with notes of artichoke. A slight pungency is present, which gives structure to the oil. Harmonious, complex, and balanced.
